1. Services Provided We offer premium automotive and marine detailing services, including paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF, and window tinting.
   
2. Appointments and Payments

• Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone.
• A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
• Final payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

4. Service Guarantee

• We stand by our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours.
• We do not cover damage due to misuse or external factors post-service.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Baja Detail is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues.
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles or boats.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (text, images, branding) is the property of Baja Detail and may not be reused without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
